General Manager

What you would do
- Oversee daily operations and ensure implementation of business strategies
- Coordinate departmental heads and monitor performance toward organisational goals
- Monitor operational expenses, resource use, and policy compliance
- Lead, motivate, and develop employees to improve teamwork and productivity
- Identify business development opportunities to increase revenue and market growth
- Prepare operational performance reports and provide strategic input to the Managing Director
- Ensure excellent customer service and effective stakeholder relationships
- Resolve operational challenges in a timely manner
- Maintain integrity, accountability and professionalism in daily work
- Support financial management and reporting activities

- HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of five years' management experience in operations or senior management
- Strong communication, negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial management, performance monitoring and stakeholder relations
- High integrity, accountability, organisation and professionalism
- Professional certifications and an MBA are advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business management or CRM tools
- Experience in real estate, property development, construction or related industries is advantageous
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and commercial acumen
