The role is Hotel General Manager for a hotel in Aba, Abia State owned by Domeo Resources International (DRI). You will oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, service standards, staff performance, and revenue growth to meet business objectives.
What you would do
- Lead daily hotel operations across all departments
- Develop and enforce operating standards, policies and procedures
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address major complaints or VIP issues
- Drive revenue and profitability by optimising occupancy, ADR, and F&B performance
- Prepare and manage the hotel budget, monitor finances, and control costs
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives and cultivate relationships with key clients
