The role targets candidates with at least 10 years of progressive experience in management, business development, project oversight in real estate and construction, banking, hospitality operations, operations efficiency, sales, and regulatory liaison. What you would do
- Provide strategic direction for the business unit and align with the group’s vision and objectives
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow revenue across real estate, construction and hospitality verticals
- Oversee construction and real estate projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, budget adherence, and risk management
- Optimise operational processes to boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets and manage client relationships
- Ensure smooth hospitality operations and high standards of guest experience
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, expenditures, and cost control
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams across functions
- Establish and monitor KPIs and report performance to management

- Master’s Degree (MBA or MSc) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, banking or related field
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in banking, management, business development, sales, operations and project oversight
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Professional certifications (e.g., NIMN, CIM, or related certifications)
- Experience in banking at branch manager level, construction, or reputable organisation with a track record of growth and operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian real estate, construction, and hospitality sectors, including regulatory frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
