About this role
A GBV Case Worker is needed to manage safe spaces and outreach for women and adolescent girls, provide case management and follow-up, and support GBV response and prevention efforts in Borno. The role targets individuals with experience in humanitarian protection and collaboration with partners to deliver survivor-centred services.
What you would do
- Manage and oversee GBV and WASH outreach in the community
- Set up information desks at women and girls centres for SRH information
- Provide direct case management and safety planning for survivors
- Prepare weekly activity reports and contribute to donor and MEAL reporting
- Coordinate referrals to health, legal, shelter, livelihoods, and mental health services
- Maintain survivor-centred practices, case records, and collaboration with partners

- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social sciences, public health, nursing or related field
- At least 2 years of humanitarian experience in Protection
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Hausa
- Experience in GBVIMS and case management
- Strong report writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in and stay in community of implementation
