What you would do
- Mow lawns using hand and power mowers.
- Maintain landscape by planting perennials, shrubs and trees in line with the plan.
- Trim and edge around walls, flower beds and walkways.
- Operate heavy tractors and large equipment as needed for landscape maintenance.
- Prune and shape shrubs and trees for healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Spray lawns, shrubs and trees for disease, weeds and insects; fertilise as needed.
- Ensure power equipment and machines are properly maintained.
- Guide volunteers in grounds maintenance.
- Water lawn and garden areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Senior High School certificate or equivalent
- 2-3 years hands-on experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture or landscaping
- Knowledge of plants and fertilisers
- Proficiency in operating light machinery
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Excellent physical fitness with ability to lift 50 lbs and perform active tasks
- Strong communication skills in English; able to work independently and with others
- Tech-savvy computer user
- Must be worthy of a Temple Recommend
