FX Sales & Partnerships Manager

ProDevs is hiring a FX Sales & Partnerships Manager in Lagos. The role combines sales, partnerships and technical onboarding to drive FX-related revenue and onboard clients to payout and payment APIs. What you would do

• Sell FX solutions to SMEs, corporates and fintech-enabled businesses.
• Manage the complete FX sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to increase transaction volume and FX usage.
• Onboard new business partners and maintain long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure partnership deals and terms.
• Lead onboarding of businesses to payout and payment APIs.
• Serve as the commercial point of contact during API integration.
• Support clients post-integration to drive adoption and growth in transactions.
• Monitor usage, identify upsell opportunities and address issues proactively.
• Provide client feedback to product and engineering teams for improvements.

• Strong understanding of FX markets, cross-border payments and payouts.
