What you would do

• Perform core fund accounting processes and reporting independently.
• Resolve GL and NAV exceptions and ensure accurate outputs for client and audit deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions of SIAML managed funds, including records, reconciliations, valuations and fund pricing.
• Prepare regulatory returns and financial statements for the managed funds.
• Generate fund valuations and prepare financials for the mutual funds.
• Ensure reporting complies with local and international accounting and regulatory guidelines.

What they are asking for

• BSc or equivalent honours in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Banking & Finance or related field.
• ACA/ACCA certification is an added advantage.
• Experience resolving GL exceptions, liaising with upstream teams, investigating data anomalies and applying journal corrections.
• Experience with financial market instruments, valuation logic for NAV reviews and exception resolution.
• Fund accounting, investment reporting or asset management experience with technical accounting exposure.
• Strong behavioural competencies including communication, organisation, documentation, and time management.
