Fuel Supervisor
About this role
The Fuel Supervisor oversees real-time fuel monitoring across a fleet of 500+ trucks, ensuring accurate dispensing, sensor performance, and compliance. It is for candidates with a background in business, supply chain, or related fields who can analyse data and manage fuel-related processes.
What you would do
- Monitor fuel sensors and probes for optimal performance
- Verify and validate fuel delivery and offloading records
- Generate regular fuel usage and sensor reports
- Liaise with third-party service providers for system maintenance
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and SLAs
- Identify leakages, discrepancies and support corrective actions and audits

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of fuel dispensing, tracking and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and analytical abilities
- Understanding of fuel probe/sensor technology, telematics and inventory/accounting principles
