Fuel Clerk – PHC
About this role
The Fuel Clerk role at Amaiden Energy Nigeria is based in Lagos and covers the safe, efficient management of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) across designated office locations and residences, including supervision of the 13,500L fuel truck and crew. The position ensures compliance with operational procedures, safety, and environmental standards.
What you would do
- Supervise AGO delivery and utilisation of the 13,500L fuel truck.
- Monitor fuel levels, consumption, deliveries, and stock reconciliation.
- Conduct routine checks/dips of fuel tanks and bunkering facilities.
- Coordinate AGO deliveries with suppliers, procurement, and relevant departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fuel stock and consumption reports.
- Ensure adequate safety stock levels and plan fuel replenishment.
What they are asking for
- OND in Technical, Science, Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline.
- 0 - 2 years' experience in a similar role; Oil & Gas experience preferred.
- Good numerical, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of fuel handling, storage, inventory control, and HSE procedures is an advantage.
