Sixwings Restaurant in Abuja is hiring a Front of House Staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. The role involves welcoming patrons, managing reservations and seating, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean, professional environment. What you would do
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and waiting lists
- Provide menus, explain specials, and guide guests to their seats
- Attend to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and lobby areas
- Serve meals and beverages according to standards
- Take and process accurate food and drink orders
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation rules
- Welcome and greet guests warmly
