Front Line Worker (FLW)
About this role
Hope Aid 247 Foundation in Borno is hiring Front Line Workers to visit households, distribute essential child health commodities and deworming tablets, promote vaccination, and record data using a mobile app. The role involves conducting a set number of household visits, registering households with GPS data, obtaining caregiver consent, collecting child details, and delivering health messages and commodities. Workers must capture and submit high‑quality photo evidence of distributions and ensure accurate data entry. Training will be provided on the Connect platform, data collection, and ethical engagement with beneficiaries, with supervision from the Network Manager throughout the campaign.
What you would do
- Conduct 180 household visits in assigned communities
- Register households and capture GPS locations using the mobile app
- Obtain informed consent from caregivers
- Collect child information (name, age, sex, date of birth)
- Distribute ORS and Zinc co-packs to caregivers
- Distribute Deworming Tablets
- Deliver child health and vaccination messages
- Capture high-quality photo evidence of commodity distribution
- Ensure accurate and timely data submission via the platform
- Maintain proper handling and accountability of commodities
