Front Desk Personnel

About this role

Greywood Hotels & Apartments in Ojodu-Berger, Lagos is recruiting a Front Desk Personnel for a full-time role. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant stay.

What you would do

• Greet guests on arrival and departure
• Manage check-in and check-out processes with accurate records and billing
• Handle reservations, room assignments and guest inquiries via phone, email and in person
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transportation and dining options
• Maintain records of guest accounts, payments and room availability
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate to the supervisor when necessary

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (hospitality experience is advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (PMS)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
