Franchise Manager
About this role
A Franchise Manager is sought to lead the development, expansion and management of the Hi-Snow franchise network in Lagos, identifying and attracting franchise partners and overseeing the acquisition process. The role targets candidates with franchise development experience and strong relationship and negotiation skills.
What you would do
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the franchise network and identify new markets
- Monitor franchise outlets for compliance with brand and operating standards
- Coordinate the launch of new franchise outlets with relevant departments
- Identify and build a pipeline of qualified franchisees and partners
- Identify underperforming outlets and implement improvement plans
- Manage the franchise acquisition process from enquiry to onboarding and provide ongoing support to new franchisees
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2–5 years' experience in franchising, business development, sales, or related industry
- Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or franchisee management
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Experience in QSR, food & beverage, hospitality or retail is an advantage
