Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting for a Fragrance Consultant in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role involves guiding clients through personalised fragrance consultations, presenting fragrance houses and scents with storytelling, and maintaining an impeccable fragrance space. The position targets individuals with experience in luxury or niche fragrance sales who can build high-value client relationships and meet sales targets. What you would do

• Guide clients through personalised fragrance consultations in store and by appointment
• Tell the story of each fragrance house, scent, notes and perfumer’s intent
• Present the fragrance space and testers to a high standard
• Support launches, events and brand activations
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
• Build and nurture a loyal clientele with follow-up and client records
• Maintain expert knowledge of fragrance houses, launches and the niche perfumery landscape
• Work with styling team to create a complete client experience

• At least 2 years' sales experience in luxury or niche fragrance
• Polished presentation and a strong sense of luxury service
• Proven track record of building and retaining high-value clients
• Solid understanding of olfactory families, notes and fragrance structure
• Natural storytelling ability that is warm and evocative
• Fluent spoken and written English
• OND or HND qualification
• Confidence using WhatsApp and social media for client relationships
