FP&A CoE Manager (Indirects)

What you would do

• Initiate and deliver core FP&A processes for Professional Services and Network Indirects, including monthly performance reporting and budgeting/forecasting cycles.
• Provide first-pass variance analysis and narrative to assist business partners with baseline trends.
• Maintain strong operational relationships with FP&A BDS teams and align on timelines and data requirements.
• Create and maintain standard reports reflecting cost-allocation logic and functional needs for indirect costs.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy before sharing with BDS stakeholders; monitor data integrity and error checks.
• Champion and implement process improvements and automation, particularly using Anaplan, to streamline indirect cost reporting.
