What you would do
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and company standards.

- Measure and mix condiments and ingredients for cashew products to maintain consistency.
- Monitor production and packaging to ensure quality and efficiency with minimal waste.
- Adhere to and update production SOPs as needed for efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
- Maintain production records, batch documentation, formulation records, and quality reports.
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train staff on food safety, quality standards, and production procedures.
