Food Service Manager
About this role
Food Service Manager to lead and grow the Food Service channel in the Rivers region, driving revenue, new customer acquisition, retention and recipe switching while managing a field team of account and delivery staff.
What you would do
- Deliver regional Food Service revenue and customer targets.
- Lead, coach and manage regional team through KPIs and performance reviews.
- Drive new customer acquisition and coverage growth across institutions, schools, eateries, vendors and caterers.
- Drive recipe switching, detailing and pre-selling execution in the field and convert to sustained sales.
- Track performance, identify gaps by customer, route or officer and implement recovery plans.
- Collaborate with the General Trade team and distributors to resolve stock and transaction issues; report performance with analysis and recommendations.
What they are asking for
- Minimum 5 years of commercial or sales experience in FMCG, food service, HORECA or related B2B environment.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a field team.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue targets and growing a customer base.
- Strong business analysis skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong people leadership with ability to set KPIs, coach and build capability.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
