A Food Operations Manager oversees the entire Food and Beverages function, from production to front-of-house, for the Dreampod Place café and related activities in Oyo. The role targets individuals with a degree or diploma and up to two years of experience who can manage operations in a hospitality setting.
What you would do
- Oversee the full Food and Beverages operation from production to storefront.
- Manage rostering and shift cover.
- Own food safety and compliance calendar.
- Approve spending with finance.
- Set daily performance metrics for the team.
- Improve the flow from production to storefront and address speed, wastage, complaints and customer satisfaction.
