Food and Beverage Manager
About this role
Food and Beverage Manager is needed to oversee restaurant, bar, room service and banquet operations in Lagos for Villa Park Hotels and Suites. The role targets candidates with significant F&B management experience and supervisory responsibilities.
What you would do
- Coordinate with the kitchen on menus, service timing and guest requirements.
- Monitor sales, costs, stock usage, wastage and departmental budgets.
- Maintain service standards and hygiene, and handle guest feedback.
- Train and coach service teams and evaluate performance.
- Plan and supervise daily F&B operations and staff deployment.
- Coordinate events, banquets and purchasing with relevant departments.

- At least 5 years of relevant F&B experience with supervisory or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations.
- Excellent guest service, leadership and problem-solving skills; ability to work flexible shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, F&B Management or related discipline.
- Ability to manage service teams, budgets, stock controls and POS reports.
