Mulligan Hotel in Lagos is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee bar, wait staff, banqueting, room service and restaurant operations. What you would do

• Oversee bar operations ensuring staff training, presentation and service quality
• Ensure waiters are well dressed and provide professional service
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels
• Monitor costs and profitability through controls, dockets, and cash checks
• Act as duty manager when required
• Manage banqueting department and clean, orderly banqueting rooms and cloakrooms
• Ensure room service orders are fulfilled promptly to standard
• Ensure timely and high-standard service of meals, snacks, functions and beverages
• Ensure room service staff are properly dressed and serve customers professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of restaurants and flawless table appointments
