About this role
FMCG Sales Lead role based in Lagos (Lekki area) for an agro-commodities distribution startup. The position targets experienced field sales leadership to scale and manage territory coverage along the CMS to Epe corridor.
What you would do
- Build and onboard field sales team (sub-Field Manager, Field Sales Reps).
- Lead territory management and route coverage expansion.
- Personally onboard wholesale and retail shops to establish the corridor route.
- Provide operational leadership and execute the four-month rollout plan.
