What you would do
- Monitor stock availability and communicate replenishment needs
- Ensure customers are welcomed and attended to promptly
- Oversee order taking and delivery and communication with kitchen or bar
- Supervise daily lounge operations and coordinate floor service activities
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Prepare shift updates and report operational issues to the Restaurant Manager
- Coordinate reservations, table arrangements, and special requests
- Ensure lounge areas are clean and presentable
- Ensure staff grooming, punctuality and professional conduct
- Assign duties to servers and monitor performance during shifts
