A Floor Manager is needed in Lagos for a hospitality company. The role oversees daily floor operations, supervises front-of-house staff, and ensures guest service standards are met in lounge/bar settings.
What you would do
- Oversee smooth daily floor operations and ensure areas are ready for service
- Supervise waiters, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, runners and other floor staff
- Allocate duties, monitor attendance and grooming, and coach staff as needed
- Ensure guests receive professional, courteous service and address complaints promptly
- Coordinate between kitchen, bar, cashier and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor stock, equipment, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures
