What you would do

• Maintain records of all vehicles in the city jurisdiction and their status.
• Ensure VAMS data is error-free and reliable.
• Collaborate with Driver Operations to keep inactive vehicles under 2%.
• Maintain daily activation records for the jurisdiction.
• Check in and check out every vehicle entering or leaving the facility.
• Set up newly procured vehicles within budget and complete documentation for activation.
• Upload accurate vehicle information into VAMS.
• Coordinate maintenance with authorized workshops and record servicing in VAMS.
• Track warranty issues with OEMs and close insurance claims within timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws in vehicle repair and care.
