Fleet Officer

What you would do

• Maintain up-to-date register of all company vehicles, including documentation, insurance and licensing status.
• Schedule and track routine vehicle maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage and vehicle usage logs across routes.
• Ensure drivers comply with the Fleet Vehicle Use Policy and relevant traffic regulations.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation for Van Sales Rep, Sales/Merchandizing and farm operations.
• Maintain accurate fleet cost and maintenance records for management reporting.

What they are asking for

• HND/BSc in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in fleet, logistics or transport management (FMCG/food production industry an advantage).
• Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance scheduling and fleet documentation.
• Valid driver's licence; strong understanding of Nigerian road traffic regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and record-keeping tools.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
