What you would do

• Oversee the efficient operation of the assigned fleet.
• Manage administration of trucks, drivers, and fleet staff.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Senior Transport Manager.
• Coordinate with the Workshop team to ensure timely truck repairs.
• Inspect trucks regularly for misuse or damage by drivers.
• Ensure trucks are available for loading per loading authority.
• Ensure customer products are delivered as requested.
• Track all assigned trucks in conjunction with the Tracking Unit.
• Promote teamwork with the Logistics Department at Dangote Sugar Refinery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
