What you would do

• Coordinate and manage the bank's fleet within operating policies and budget
• Monitor service quality and efficiency of fleet providers
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and propose improvements
• Track and report on projects and readiness for change initiatives
• Deploy dedicated pool vehicles to business units as required
• Analyse fleet data to monitor performance and plan improvements

• BSc in Management Sciences or a related field
• 3 to 4 years of experience managing a fleet unit
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
• Behavioural competencies including decision making, time management and teamwork
• Technical competency in verbal and electronic communications, and customer relationship management
• Experience with reporting, risk identification and query resolution
