First and Second Officers

Green Africa, a Lagos-based airline, is seeking qualified individuals for the roles of First Officer and Second Officer to join its Flight Operations team. The positions involve supporting safe and efficient flight operations, working with the Captain and crew to ensure regulatory and company compliance while upholding the airline’s values and image. The role requires strong technical knowledge, professionalism, teamwork and a commitment to safety. Candidates should hold valid aviation licences and medical certification in line with NCAA requirements and have appropriate flight training and experience for the position. ATR aircraft type rating and related experience are desirable where applicable.

What you would do

• Support safe and efficient flight operations with the Captain and crew
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, standard operating procedures and company policies
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork and commitment to flight safety
• Apply knowledge of aviation safety regulations and procedures in daily operations

• Valid flight crew licence and applicable NCAA ratings
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Relevant flight training and experience for the position
