What you would do

• Ensure compliance with contractual provisions on funded projects
• Lead finance business partnership including budgeting, product pricing, financial modelling, unit economics and project financial reporting
• Serve as point of contact for annual statutory audits
• Keep financial data accurate and decision-ready
• Oversee bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and payroll processing
• Own the month-end close including journal entries and general ledgers in QuickBooks Online

• 5+ years of combined experience in accounting, financial modelling and financial operations
• Experience in social enterprise, development sector, top-tier accounting firm, or fast-growing company preferred
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, reporting, cashflow analysis, budgeting, taxation, month-end close, and product costing
• Mastery of IFRS; US GAAP experience is a plus
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent
