What you would do

• Process and verify subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches for client and fund portfolios
• Coordinate trade settlements with custodians, registrars, brokers and banks
• Follow up on failed or delayed settlements until resolved
• Prepare fund valuations and NAV computations; post journal entries
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily/monthly reconciliations of bank, custodian, and portfolio data
• Investigate and clear breaks and variances promptly
• Prepare payment vouchers and process vendor, tax and staff payments
• Monitor cash positions and support liquidity planning
• Calculate and invoice management and performance fees
• Prepare periodic client statements, management reports and portfolio performance data
