Finance & Operations Manager (Remote)

Excel Health seeks a Finance & Operations Manager for a full-time remote role, with a preference for Nigeria-based candidates. The role manages all financial activities, builds robust financial systems, and supports data-driven decision making to enable sustainable growth in a startup. Salary is between N100,000 and N200,000 per month, depending on experience.

What you would do

• Track income from consultations, home care services and future subscriptions.
• Record all payments accurately and prevent revenue leakage.
• Monitor staff payments, nurse payouts, tech costs and marketing spend against approved budgets.
• Reconcile transactions and support setup of payment gateways (Paystack / Flutterwave) to ensure smooth patient payments.
• Prepare weekly revenue vs expense summaries and monthly profit and loss reports.
• Analyse pricing and profitability per consultation and home care visit to inform growth decisions.
