Finance Officer

Based in Edo, the Finance Officer will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support budgeting and reporting to ensure financial integrity and compliance. The role suits someone with strong analytical skills who can work collaboratively in a team.

What you would do

• Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports and forecasts for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial activities and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support operational objectives.

• ACA, ACCA or CPA certification (or equivalent) is an advantage.
• At least five years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
