Finance Officer

About this role

A Finance Officer is needed to manage LPF’s financial records, transactions and compliance. The role supports budgeting, reporting and coordination with programme, procurement, HR and other teams for donor-funded activities in Borno.

What you would do

• Maintain up-to-date accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
• Process and review payments, advances and other financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, cash management and staff advances tracking.
• Support budgeting, budget monitoring and preparation of budget-versus-actual reports.
• Provide finance support to programme teams, donor reporting and financial forecasting.
• Assist with payroll-related financial tasks, compliance, procurement finance and financial controls.
