Finance Manager (Hybrid)

What you would do

• Own day-to-day accounting activities and ensure transactions are complete, accurate and recorded on time
• Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and period-end closing
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, payment cycles and collections
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation per local requirements
• Use SAP ERP to process and improve accounting workflows and data quality
• Analyse balance sheet and income statement movements and investigate variances
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and schedules
• Contribute to management reporting and provide accounting insight on material transactions
• Coordinate audit preparation and respond to information requests
• Support tax accounting, filing and documentation in local compliance

• SAP ERP experience
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent (strongly preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of accounting standards and local statutory and tax requirements
• Significant hands-on experience in financial accounting, statements, tax reporting, reconciliations, audit prep, internal control and compliance
• Experience in a complex or multinational environment is advantageous
