It seeks a Finance Manager in Lagos (hybrid, full-time) to maintain accurate financial records, oversee accounts receivable, manage reconciliations, and prepare timely management accounts. What you would do
- Oversee the accounts receivable process from invoicing to tracking and collection.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer balances, invoices, and overdue receivables.
- Prepare and update accounts receivable ageing reports and identify collection risks.
- Monitor collections and correctly allocate payments to customer accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies in invoices, payments, and credit notes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve billing issues and improve collections.
- Identify long‑outstanding receivables and high‑risk customers and escalate to the CEO.
- Maintain records of customer transactions, payment commitments, and collection activities.
- Provide regular reports on collections and expected inflows to support cash flow planning.
- Prepare and oversee regular bank, customer, supplier, general ledger, and intercompany reconciliations when needed.
