Finance Manager

About this role

A full-time Finance Manager role based in Victoria Island, Lagos. The position focuses on managing accounts receivable processes, invoicing, debt collection and supervising the AR team.

What you would do

• Update receivables and client debt records.
• Allocate payments and update financial records in Zoho Accounting Platform.
• Oversee accounts receivable standards and collection guidelines.
• Perform debt aging analyses and report monthly to management.
• Ensure timely payment collection and collaborate with Sales/Customer Service for invoicing.
• Lead price reviews and implement process improvements for efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
• Experience with general ledger functions and supervisory/managerial experience.
