What you would do
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis for leadership.
- Monitor GRNs, approvals and escalate payment blockers with Commercial and Projects.
- Maintain rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast and liquidity management.
- Drive internal controls, reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Act as finance business partner to business-unit heads with actionable insights.
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Professional qualification: ICAN, ACCA or CIMA (any one active).
- 7–10+ years in finance/accounting with management exposure.
- Experience in management reporting, cash flow, treasury, and financial controls.
- Experience in ERP systems and financial modelling; proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in project-based, engineering, trading, manufacturing or similar environments preferred.
