Finance Manager
About this role
The Finance Manager role at Oxymon Solutions Limited is a full-time position based in Ojodu Berger, Lagos, for a microfinance lending company. What you would do
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and GAAP.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for all departments and branches.
- Present financial performance reports and insights to management and the board.
- Monitor daily cash flow, liquidity and funding requirements.
- Oversee disbursements, repayments tracking and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with CBN prudential guidelines, NDIC, FIRS and other regulatory bodies.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field; ACA or ACCA qualification required.
- At least 5 years of finance experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a microfinance bank, fintech or lending institution.
- Deep knowledge of CBN guidelines for fintechs, IFRS and Nigerian tax laws.
- Strong understanding of loan products, interest calculation and provisioning.
- Proficiency in accounting software, with advanced Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
