Finance Manager

About this role

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial management and controls for a premium restaurant business within IBIC Investment Holdings in Lagos. The role requires strong experience in restaurant or hospitality finance, with expertise in F&B costing, inventory control, budgeting and financial reporting.

What you would do

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, gross margins, labour costs and operating expenses.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Oversee inventory, stock reconciliation, wastage and variance analysis.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably with significant restaurant or F&B experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant costing, inventory, stock control and profitability analysis.
• Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
