Sujimoto Construction Limited is recruiting a Finance Manager to lead finance operations, manage a team and support strategic decision-making. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance, with a focus on driving business performance. What you would do
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Implement controls to safeguard assets and reduce financial risks.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Enhance finance processes, systems, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and address findings.
- Lead or support automation and digital transformation in finance.
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity for optimal working capital.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies.
- Develop budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
