Finance Intern (NYSC or 1 Year IT)
About this role
Apex Pharmalab is seeking a Finance Intern for a Lagos-based internship (NYSC or 1 year IT) to support day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, reporting and documentation across retail outlets.
What you would do
- Assist with daily reconciliation of branch sales, POS transactions, cash, bank transfers and other payments
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and investigation of stock/value variances
- Process and review invoices, payment requests, receipts and other financial documents
- Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records and assist with data entry into the ERP system

- OND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
