Finance Intern (NYSC)
About this role
A Finance Intern (NYSC) role based in Abuja for NYSC corps members to support day-to-day accounting, financial operations, record-keeping and budgeting tasks within R-DATS Consulting. The position is open to those deployed to Abuja or planning to redeploy there, with preference for NYSC corps members.
What you would do
- File documents as directed
- Provide logistical and administrative support to project teams
- Support procurement activities including processing requests and invoices
- Assist during internal and external audits
- Prepare monthly WHT payments for contractors and record labour hours
- Assist with month-end balance sheet reconciliations and update advance tracking
What they are asking for
- HND or BSc in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration or related field
- Prior finance or administrative internship experience is an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Integrity and ability to work in a diverse team
- Good communication, time management and multitasking skills
