What you would do

• Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis, and evaluation of business cases for strategic initiatives
• Identify efficiency opportunities while ensuring financial governance and resource utilisation
• Evaluate revenue drivers, cost structures, margins, pricing, and business opportunities for sustainable growth
• Develop and track financial and operational KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
• Partner with business leaders to translate corporate objectives into financial plans, budgets and performance outcomes
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews with actionable recommendations

• 5 to 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial finance
• Proactive with ability to challenge assumptions and partner with leaders to deliver results
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP, BI, or financial reporting tools
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex financial information into recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, communication, and influencing skills
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualification such as ICAN or ACCA is an advantage
