What you would do

• Support payroll preparation.
• Monitor operational and utility expenses.
• Maintain records of furniture, appliances and other assets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Reconcile booking records with bank transactions.
• Manage petty cash and supporting documentation.
• Review invoices, receipts and payment requests.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits and tax documentation.
• Monitor outstanding balances and security deposits.
• Record payments received for bookings.

• Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous.
