Finance and Account Officer

About this role

The Finance and Accounts Officer manages the company’s financial records, processes payments and expenses, supports payroll and prepares financial reports. The position is based in Lagos and targets candidates with an accounting or finance background.

What you would do

• Confirm and record payments received for bookings.
• Reconcile booking records with bank transactions.
• Monitor outstanding balances and security deposits.
• Maintain records of income, expenses, suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Support payroll preparation.

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong Excel, bookkeeping and reconciliation skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
