Finance & Administration Officer

About this role

The Finance & Administration Officer is a full-time role based in Lagos for CINQTEOS Group. The job centres on managing day-to-day financial operations and providing administrative support, with a focus on accounting, reporting and regulatory compliance.

What you would do

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, recording income, expenses, payments and reimbursements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, tracking balances, and follow-ups.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow, budgets and other financial reports for management.
• Ensure routine tax and statutory compliance, including VAT and WHT, filing and remittance, and payroll records maintenance.
• Coordinate statutory audits and work with external auditors and tax advisers.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Experience preparing or supporting management accounts, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Good understanding of Nigerian tax and statutory requirements (VAT and WHT).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting/financial management software.
