Finance & Admin Manager

A Finance and Admin Manager role in Lagos for a leading real estate firm. The position targets experienced professionals with solid finance, admin, and real estate project oversight capabilities.

What you would do

• Manage full financial operations including bookkeeping, general ledger, payables/receivables, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare annual budgets, projections, and cash flow forecasts
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws and statutory filings
• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheets, and profit/loss analyses for leadership
• Oversee office operations, procurement, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
• Coordinate with legal and project teams on property sales funds, asset records, and documentation

What they are asking for

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in a combined Finance and Administration role
• Experience in real estate or property development is highly desirable
• Active professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) strongly preferred
• Advanced accounting software skills (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and strong MS Excel; ERP/CRM experience
• Strong organisational skills, integrity, analytical ability, and confidentiality
