What you would do
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Provide strategic recommendations to the Board, CEO and executive team
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term investment analysis
- Lead the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and management reports
- Monitor cash flow, fund utilisation, and working capital
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Oversee investment analysis for real estate projects and funding opportunities
- Manage investor relations and develop strategies for raising capital
- Conduct risk assessment for projects and financing structures
- Structure and negotiate funding deals, joint ventures, and investor partnerships

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- MBA or ICAN/ACCA preferable
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial leadership and real estate roles
- Strong knowledge of real estate finance, capital markets, and investment structuring

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
