Finance & Accounting Officer

About this role

A growing solar equipment wholesaler and training centre in Lagos seeks a Finance & Accounting Officer to manage financial records, accounts payable/receivable, cashflow, and statutory compliance across its wholesale and training operations.

What you would do

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger
• Process sales, purchase, and expense invoices and payments
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, cashflow planning, and internal financial controls

What they are asking for

• Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Professional qualification or part-qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ANAN is an added advantage
