Finance Account Manager

About this role

The role is for an Accounts/Finance Manager at Carloha Nigeria Limited in Lagos, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the parent company and sister companies. What you would do

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations to ensure cash accuracy
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare monthly income schedules and analyse subsidiaries’ trial balances
• Maintain loan and lease schedules, including interest and amortisation tracking
• Ensure timely regulatory filings and assist with audits
• Review subsidiaries’ financial reports to identify variances and provide explanations

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or ICAN is needed
• Minimum of eight years' experience in finance or accounting roles with managerial responsibilities
• Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools
• Experience in managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations
